As the Manager – Traralgon Youth Residential Rehabilitation Program, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Youth Residential Service. You’ll oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs and projects, while ensuring services align with Uniting’s strategic direction.
You’ll lead the development of effective work practices and procedures, set clear outcomes for the team, contribute to budget planning and provide advice on policy and service delivery. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a service that supports young people through their rehabilitation journey.

In addition to a salary equivalent to SCHADS Level 7 + superannuation, you can access the following:
- An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave

You will bring with you:
- A tertiary qualification (degree level preferred) in a relevant health or welfare discipline, such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Allied Health Sciences.
- A management qualification, or willingness to undertake one within the first 18 months.
- A Certificate IV in AOD or completion of the relevant core competencies, or willingness to complete these within the first 24 months.
- Demonstrated management or leadership experience within a health service or mental health setting, with residential AOD experience highly regarded.
- Experience developing evidence-based client programs.
- Significant experience providing advice and support on complex issues.
- Proven experience managing organisational change, with the adaptability and leadership skills to drive positive change across programs and teams.
