Full job description
- Prepare, cook and plate a range of menu items according to our recipes and standards
- Assist with prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen operations and procedure
- Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchenhand in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
- Enthusiasm for delivering great food and customer service
