We are looking for a Full Time Sous Chef, Qualified chefs and casual cooks to join our team in Fremantle.
Located on the beautiful Swan River, We have established itself in the hospitality scene over the last 4 years as a venue delivering a fun and relaxed drinking and dining experience with a picture perfect view. Inspired by the Mediterranean coastline, We offers a fresh seasonal menu delivered by a motivated kitchen team dedicated to quality food.
Open 5 days a week (Wednesday – Sunday), will be going into a 7 day week trading during summer as well as offering breakfast, serving food throughout the day and into the evening, this sun soaked venue is a great next step for an up and coming Sous Chef.

What we are looking for…
- The right candidate will need to be proactive, be ready to roll up their sleeves, jump on board and take the lead of our enthusiastic vibrant team as this will be a very hands on role.
- A genuine interest in all things food, and passion and care for great produce
- The sous chef will support our Head Chef with the recruitment, training, development and mentorship of our team
- Experience and understanding of kitchen operations and people management
- Actively promote and enable a healthy positive work culture .
- We are also looking for qualified chefs and cooks to get ready for the busy summer ahead.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of hygiene and cleanliness
- Must have the right to work in Australia or be a permanent resident
