Jin 8 is a small cocktail bar opening on Rutland Road in July. The concept is drawn from Shanxi province in northern China and the spirits that come from it — Fenjiu in particular, the historic clear baijiu from Fenyang. The drinks list is tight, the music is ambient, and the pace is built around the guest rather than the volume. No happy hour, no specials.
We're hiring three to four casual floor staff to open the bar with us. More about the venue at jin8bar.com.
