Care Heroes is a growing NDIS service provider focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We are building strong internal systems and are looking for someone who can bring structure, organisation, and accountability into our operations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the NDIS environment and can manage both administration and operational processes. You will be responsible for keeping participant records, staff onboarding, and compliance processes accurate, organised, and up to standard. This role requires someone who can work independently, solve problems, and own processes.
Key Responsibilities
NDIS Administration & Compliance:
- Manage participant onboarding (intake forms, service agreements, documentation)
- Maintain accurate and compliant participant records
- Ensure files meet NDIS audit and compliance requirements
- Track and manage documentation, renewals, and reporting
Staff Onboarding & Internal Operations:
- Coordinate onboarding of support workers (documents, checks, inductions)
- Maintain staff compliance records (police checks, WWCC, certifications)
- Assist with rostering coordination and communication
- Improve and organise internal systems and workflows
General Admin & Coordination:
- Manage emails, enquiries, and communication
- Maintain systems, files, and documentation
- Support day-to-day operations across the business
Light Marketing Support:
- Assist with basic marketing/admin tasks (listings, updates, outreach support)
- Support onboarding of new participants through enquiries
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in NDIS, disability services, or community care
- Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and documentation
- Experience with participant onboarding and service agreements
- Experience with staff onboarding and compliance tracking
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication skills

This is not a simple admin role. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, thinks beyond basic tasks, and can bring structure and improve how things run.
