Watertight Right is growing, and we’re looking for a contract administrator to help keep our projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role sits between the office and site teams, making sure jobs are set up properly, costs are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and issuing contracts, variations and purchase orders
- Reviewing scopes of work, plans and project documentation
- Tracking job costs, budgets and progress claims
- Managing subcontractor agreements, insurances and compliance docs
- Coordinating suppliers and materials with the site team
- Assisting with invoicing, claims and reconciliations
- Keeping project records and systems up to date
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a contract administrator or similar role (construction, roofing or trades preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple jobs
- Understanding of contracts, variations and job cost tracking
- Confident using systems like Xero, Excel and/or job management software
- Strong communication skills with both office staff and site teams
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your workload
