We're looking for an experienced and energetic end-to-end recruiter to join our fast-paced Volume Recruitment team. In this role, you'll primarily recruit Specialised Carers for our residential locations , playing a key part in helping us attract and hire quality talent.
Key responsibilities include: Resume screening and shortlist management ; c onducting phone interviews and candidate assessments ; c ompleting background and compliance checks ; offering candidates; contract administration ; b uilding strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers .
About you: Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within volume or temporary recruitment , c omfortable managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment , s trong communication and stakeholder engagement skills , Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply, provided you can commit to the full 6-month contract .
