As our Technical Lead (Sitecore), you'll be the technical owner for enterprise Sitecore solutions, combining hands-on development with technical leadership. You'll work closely with clients, internal stakeholders and offshore development teams to design scalable solutions, drive sprint delivery and ensure best practice across every stage of implementation.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of enterprise Sitecore XP projects from solution design through to deployment.
- Build and configure Sitecore templates, layouts, SXA components, personalization, rules and custom functionality.
- Develop custom .NET, C# and Razor solutions while maintaining high coding standards and platform performance.
- Produce solution architecture, technical documentation and implementation plans for IT approval.
- Own sprint planning, Jira management and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Lead and mentor offshore development teams through code reviews, technical guidance and delivery management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Your Expertise
- 6+ years' web development experience, including at least 4 years working with Sitecore XP.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, SXA, xDB, Scriban, Razor, C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework.
- Experience building personalization, Sitecore Rules Engine implementations and AB testing.
- Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and custom reporting.
- Experience with Unicorn serialization, Solr, Git, Jira and Azure-based deployments.
- Confident producing solution architecture and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading developers and working with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
