This is a unique, 4 month contract opportunity for a systems-savvy recruitment operations professional to play a pivotal role in designing, optimising and embedding the tools, processes and insights that will support our Talent Acquisition team into the future.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence across our recruitment function.
This is a unique role that combines business-as-usual operational support with the delivery of a significant technology transformation. You'll ensure our current Applicant Tracking System continues to operate effectively, supporting the Talent Acquisition team with critical reporting, system administration, data integrity and operational support while leading the transition to our new ATS.
You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity throughout the migration, including supporting executive and Board-level reporting, overseeing data migration and governance, configuring the new platform, and ensuring the business is set up for long-term success. This role requires someone who can quickly understand our current environment, hit the ground running and confidently balance operational priorities with project delivery.
You'll own our ATS and CRM administration, optimise recruitment processes, develop reporting and dashboards, improve data quality, and partner with stakeholders to ensure our technology supports an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
You'll make an impact by:
-
Ensuring the day-to-day operation, administration and optimisation of our existing Applicant Tracking System while maintaining uninterrupted support for the Talent Acquisition function
-
Supporting the implementation, configuration and successful rollout of our new Applicant Tracking System and CRM
-
Leading data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and governance of recruitment data throughout the transition
-
Delivering critical recruitment reporting, including executive and Board-level reporting, while establishing future-state dashboards and analytics
-
Managing ATS configuration, workflows, user permissions and ongoing system enhancements across both current and future platforms during the transition
-
Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve recruiter and hiring manager experiences
-
Building meaningful dashboards and reports across recruitment performance, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience
-
Establishing and monitoring candidate and hiring manager feedback surveys
-
Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to create consistency across the Talent Acquisition function
-
Driving automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
-
Acting as the key liaison with system vendors, IT and external partners
-
Training recruiters and hiring managers on new systems, reporting and workflows
-
Partnering with Finance and key stakeholders to improve recruitment metrics and hiring insights
About You
You'll bring a combination of recruitment operations expertise, systems knowledge and analytical thinking.
We're looking for someone who has:
-
3+ years' experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition Systems or Business Intelligence within a high-volume environment
-
Demonstrated ability to balance business-as-usual operational support while delivering complex systems implementations or technology change projects.
-
Strong experience administering ATS and CRM platforms
-
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with recruitment data
-
Experience delivering process improvement initiatives or technology projects
-
The ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions
-
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and training skills
