- Minimum 4 – 6 End-End-To Implementations in EC and EC Time-off with valid certification in Employee Central module
· 4+ years in project or AMS service delivery management.
· Should have knowledge of Incident, problem and change management process.
· Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP, MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows. Good understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types
· Experince in Successfactors Integration Center and experience in reporting including story report.
· Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and SAP HCM systems
· Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
· Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
· Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
· Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of Intelligence Services
- Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
