Our Augustus Gelatery Echuca store are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Store Manager to join our gelato team!
We pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for our customers and hope to create a team who will do the same. What we will be looking for is a bubbly gelato lover who is reliable, eager and who has previous hospitality and/or retail experience. Management or leadership experience is highly preferred.
As Store Manager you will be expected to manage a small team, complete rosters, implement policies and procedures and uphold Head Office expectations. Excellent organisation and communication skills are a must!

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the store to maintain smooth procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Managing teams
- Weekly rostering
- Hiring and training new staff
- Communicate between head office and employees
- Ordering of stock and supplies through head office
- Performance appraisals
- Conduct staff meetings
This is a casual position. The store will be open 365 days so applicants must have high and flexible availability including a mixture of days, late nights and weekend work.
The position paid under Fast Food Industry Award rates.
