If you believe you are a Qualified Cook or Chef, please join our kitchen team. You will be jointly responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation as well as assisting in leading and motivating the kitchen team.
Maintain customer’s satisfaction by providing high quality service and food
Menu developments and product innovation based on seasonality, customer feedback and market trends
prepare and cook the menus of variety of our restaurant’s dishes and food at the high-quality level
Achieve kitchen operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Ensure order, store and maintain raw materials, ingredients and foods
Keep the good relationship with suppliers and customers
Ensure stock control and review the waste of food
Good understanding of kitchen operation finances including revenues and expenditures
Resolution of staff and customer disputes/issues to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction
Hiring, managing and training new staff
Supervising and working alongside both kitchen and front of house staff
Scheduling staff’s working time in a timely manner
Provide regular reports and updates to each employer/staff
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures (Hygiene procedures)
Arranging cleaning of the venues and ensuring the venues are, at all times, clean and tidy
Responsible for protecting the restaurant’s food and service quality
Ensuring and inspecting the restaurant’s facilities and comply with health regulations
