Guest Services Attendant / Reception & Administration
Bonville Golf Resort is seeking expressions of interest from experienced hospitality and administration professionals to join our Guest Services team.
This is a varied role that combines Front Desk Reception, Guest Services, Reservations, and Administration, providing exceptional service to our members, guests, and visitors.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Front desk and reception duties
- Managing bookings and reservations
- General administration and data entry
- Answering phones and responding to enquiries
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the resort
About You
To be successful, you will:
- Have previous experience in reception, administration, guest services, or a similar customer-facing role
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Have a professional presentation and positive attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service
