We are seeking a New Client Sales person to join our dynamic and experienced team. We stress that no previous finance industry experience is required, as we provide full training, however inbound phone sales/customer service experience is required.
Once the training process is complete, you will be a highly trained Business Finance Lending Specialist.
Your new role
- Respond to new business finance applications, by calling and listening to the clients needs, and then using your training to formulate the best funding solution for their needs and their circumstances.
- Follow up old leads with a view to converting these leads into clients
- Assist clients with completing loan applications and chase up supporting documentation
- Consistently manage expectations and communicate with clients, referral sources, and internal teams to provide updates on the application status.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and lending targets (if you have previous finance industry experience)
- Possessing sales skills, including the skill of 'closing' a deal
- Be results oriented and committed to excellence
- Professional presentation and time management skills
- Sound mathematical skills, financial acumen, and credit and financial analysis skills
- Not be a 9 to 5er, but a person who wants to be the best, earn an incredible income, and will go the extra mile when required.
