As we grow in the grocery channel, we're hiring an experienced, commercially savvy National Account Manager - Grocery to strengthen key customer partnerships and drive sustainable business growth.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you'll support on a portfolio of national grocery accounts, develop strategic growth plans, identify new opportunities, and work closely with customers to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Supporting to manage and grow a portfolio of national grocery customers.
- Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and becoming a trusted business partner.
- Developing and executing customer growth strategies that deliver volume, revenue and profitability outcomes.
- Identifying and supporting to secure new commercial opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Supporting with customer reviews, negotiations, tenders, pricing discussions and commercial proposals.
- Analysing customer, category and market performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborating across Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Supporting innovation, new product launches and customer implementation projects.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts, reporting and account plans that support business objectives.
You are a relationship-driven commercial professional who enjoys creating value for customers while delivering strong business results.
- Experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development or a similar commercial role.
- Experience supporting with managing major grocery, FMCG, food, beverage or related customer accounts.
- Proven success delivering sales growth, customer retention and profitable commercial outcomes.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and planning capability.
- Advanced relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
