About Endeavour Tools
Endeavour Tools is a family-owned company deeply passionate about automotive specialty tools and diagnostic equipment for cars and trucks. Our premium products are distributed through renowned retailers such as Burson, Repco, Supercheap Auto and more. Based in Scoresby, our tight-knit team offers a friendly, positive working environment, complemented by ample on-site parking.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, entry-level role that spans our office and our warehouse. Working across our automotive wholesale business in Scoresby, you'll split your time between helping the sales team with incoming customer queries and lending a hand in the warehouse. It's a great all-rounder position for a recent school or university leaver, or someone currently working behind an automotive counter who's ready to step up to a broader role.
Formal qualifications aren't essential. What matters most is a friendly, outgoing personality, confidence around computers (especially Excel), and ideally a genuine interest in all things automotive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Queries: help the sales team respond to incoming customer enquiries by phone and email, providing friendly, prompt assistance.
2. Sales Support: assist with order entry, quotes and general sales administration, keeping records accurate (often in Excel).
3. Warehouse Support: help out in the warehouse: picking, packing and dispatching orders, receiving and putting away stock, and keeping the space tidy and organised.
4. Stock & Data: assist with stocktakes and keep product and inventory records up to date.
5. Team All-Rounder: pitch in wherever you're needed across the office and warehouse to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
- A friendly, outgoing personality: you enjoy helping customers and working as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Comfortable around computers, especially Excel.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to turn your hand to a range of tasks across both the office and the warehouse.
- Reliable, organised and happy with the active, hands-on nature of warehouse work (some lifting involved).
- An interest in the automotive sector is ideal (preferred, not essential).
- Formal qualifications are not essential: this is a great first step for a recent school or university leaver, or for someone currently in an automotive customer-facing role looking to broaden their skills.
- The legal right to work in Australia
- Clear communication in spoken and written English.
