400 Gradi Norwood is looking for experienced casual Waitstaff to join our Adelaide restaurant.
If you are confident on the floor, enjoy busy restaurant services and know how to make guests feel welcome, we would love to hear from you.
Employment: Casual
Hours: Approximately 8–35 hours per week, depending on availability and roster requirements
Pay: Restaurant Industry Award Level 2 casual rates, plus superannuation and applicable penalty rates
Location: 400 Gradi Norwood, SA
The Role:
As a Waitstaff team member, you will provide friendly and attentive table service while supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.
You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider Front of House team to ensure guests receive efficient service and an enjoyable dining experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and providing attentive table service
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Explaining menu items, drinks and daily specials
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently
- Processing payments and responding to guest requests
- Maintaining clean and presentable dining areas
- Assisting with opening, closing and general restaurant duties

What You’ll Bring:
- At least two years’ restaurant or hospitality experience
- A current South Australian RSA
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- A reliable and team-focused approach
- Availability across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Valid Australian working rights
