About the Role
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team at our Cranbourne SIL House on a casual basis.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex care needs, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours
- Experience supporting individuals with dysphagia
- Stoma care experience
- Complex bowel management experience
- Wound management experience
- Experience using VPAP
- Experience with MACE (Malone Antegrade Continence Enema)
- Willingness to work sleepover shifts
Shift Availability
Sleepover shifts are required and include:
- 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Active support
- 10:00 pm – 6:00 am: Sleepover (non-active)
- 6:00 am – 10:00 am: Active support
