What are the specifics of the role?
As a skilled leader in the criminal justice system, (over a minimum of 6 years’), you will be experienced in crisis response and trauma-informed practice and policy. You will be managing a large team, with 6 Team Leaders as direct reports and approximately 70 indirect reports. Under the guidance of the Director Services, Growth & Impact, you will play a strategic role in the ongoing development and expansion of Windermere services.
You will work closely with your teams to ensure a high level of consumer focus and enhance the consumer outcomes and will drive and inspire this thinking in your teams. You will have mastery skills in leadership and service delivery, and strong strategic thinking and analysis abilities.
You will be highly resilient and experienced in fostering psychological safety, emotional regulation and structured debriefing to maintain performance in a complex environment.
A significant component of this role is external stakeholder engagement, developing positive relationships with State and Federal Governments and relevant bodies within the sector. Therefore, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, expert at building trust and influencing others.
This is a full time, permanent, hybrid role (work from the office and home), the salary will range from $147,104 to $163,606 plus superannuation, plus salary packaging*.
