We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team who will be responsible for maintaining and improving computer systems for our client.
The ideal candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
- Designing new computer systems and frameworks
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Risk mitigation planning
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Creating system guidelines and manuals
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Design solutions that meet requirements and fit nicely into existing systems landscape
- Write technical and functional specifications for CMuse and VMuse, Common-Use Self Service (CUSS) and Common-Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) applications.
- Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Desirable skills/qualifications/requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Information and Communication Technology and/or industry certifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
- Experience with CMuse and VMuse, Common-Use Self Service (CUSS) and Common-Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE) applications.
- Knowledge and exposure in systems analysis
- Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Have an awesome attitude and excellent customer service skills
