Our team is working on small, medium and large projects across a range of sectors, including projects in Defence, Data Centres and DFAT. But we have a national team approach to all our projects, which means you will work on projects across Australia, not just projects in the VIC, ensuring you gain a breadth of experience across a diverse range of projects and industries.
What you’ll do:
Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;
Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets;
Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients;
Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally;
Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team;
Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers;
Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

About You
Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)
5-8 years industry experience in the Property and Building space within consulting.
Commercial experience in Australia on local medium/large engineering projects is essential.
Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector eg; commercial, retail, defence, health, education.
Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;
Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
