We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our presence in the local education market. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and promote our brand to international schools, local schools, preschools, enrichment centres, and community organisations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with international schools, local schools, preschools, enrichment centres, and community organisations.
- Conduct business presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions with prospective partners.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development and marketing initiatives.
- Manage new client enquiries, applications, and partnership onboarding while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Monitor partnership performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement and business results.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends to support business planning and product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership Management, Marketing, or Account Management.
- Experience working with or selling to international schools, local schools, preschools, enrichment centres, or educational organisations is highly preferred.
- Existing network within the education sector or local community organisations will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the education, EdTech, training, media, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong planning, organisational, and project management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to communicate in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking partners.

Pay: $3,500.00 – $4,500.00 per month
