About Role:
We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our Allied Health Team. You will work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide patients with the highest level of care.
Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
The role would suit a Level 1/2 Occupational Therapist with Inpatient Acute / Surgical / Rehabilitation experience to cover busy inpatient/outpatient case load.
About you:
Skills and Experience

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration

Sound clinical reasoning and clinical decision-making skills
-
Previous experience working in an acute or rehabilitation/hospital setting is desirable

Well-developed organisational and time management skills
-
Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and workloads
-
Confidently work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Flexible and positive approach to work.
