The Role:
Our Contact Centre is growing. We are looking for two driven and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join us.
Based in Brisbane CBD at National Storage's Contact Centre, we are excited to expand our Service & Sales function. You will be joining a close-knit, vibrant, dynamic, and high-performing team.
Reporting into the Contact Centre Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Contact Centre team and Storage Centres across Australia and New Zealand.
Ideally you will have previous sales and customer service experience in a Call Centre environment and a demonstrated ability to deliver a highly efficient and consistent standard of service.

Shift hours will be:
Opportunity 1:
Monday: 11.30am - 8pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12pm - 8pm
Saturday: 9.30am- 5.30pm
Days Off: Wednesday and Sunday
Opportunity 2:
Monday: 10.30am - 7pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 11am - 7pm
Saturday: 9.30am- 5.30pm
Days Off: Friday and Sunday
Training period:
Join us in the Contact Centre for 2 weeks of hands on training and immersion into the team.
Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 4pm, before transitioning into your set roster.
Key Responsibilities:

Creating a great first impression for our customers. Coordinate and respond to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner across our various multimedia channels (phone, email and webchat).

Deliver high quality customer service by providing general information and professional advice in a friendly way whilst ensuring our customers’ needs are met.

Promote National Storage's brand and products to increase conversions such as insurance, storage space and vehicle hire.

Proactively build relationships at all levels of the business with a key focus on our Storage Centre teams.

Achieve individual sales targets and great call quality.
About You:

Strong Customer Service/Sales background

High level of organisational skills and excellent time management

Building relationships comes naturally to you and is matched with a passion and interest for helping people

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be empathetic and professional

You thrive when working in a team environment but can also work autonomously

You have a motivated and proactive approach to your role and are a team player

Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems
