Everkeen Construction Group is seeking an experienced Site Foreman or Site Supervisor to join ourgrowing team,We are based at Box Hill Victoria, Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage trades and supplier, establish a reliable trade base,
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
- Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to
- Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines
- Enferce and adhere to OH&S regulations
- Complete inspections and appropriate paperwork
- Daily KPl reporting
What yow Will Bring:
- +5 yearserience in site supervision or construction management.
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS requirements.
- Current White Card and valid Driver's Licence.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage trades, subcontractors, and project schedules effectively.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential.
