We're currently seeking an Marketing Coordinator to join the Coats Group team.
In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to effectively market and develop the brands of our restaurant venues - MAYA Mexican, Il Molo Italian Kitchen & Bar & our newly launched; Penelope.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Graphic design of digital and print artwork
- Manage and strategise social media content
- EDM creation and management
- Manage all venue websites, keeping them up to date with content and fresh images
- Create print media - posters, menus, flyers etc
- Liaise with external marketing platforms and third party providers
- The ability to interpret data from campaigns to ensure the most effective outcome
- Understanding of SEO, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the Food and Beverage Industry with a keen ‘ear to the ground’ for upcoming trends or market patterns
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop and InDesign
- Wordpress and SquareSpace experience
- Handy with a iPhone camera
- Photoshoot coordination / staging
- Eye for detail and a flare for design
- Have a strong understanding of industry trends and ability to adapt readily
- Exceptional verbal and literary communication skills
- Be well presented, confident and professional in your approach
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Self motivated and ability to work well autonomously
- Team player attitude with a motivated personality
- It would be considered highly advantageous if you have had experience in any aspect of hospitality to compliment your marketing & creative skills.
The role will generally involve general business hours Monday to Friday however the successful applicant will need to flexible with their availability and at times will be required to work evenings and weekends to oversee marketing activations.This is a fully time salary position and we are looking to fill this role in a long-term capacity to foster a candidate to grow with the company

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
