An exciting opportunity exists to be part of the implementation of statewide networked specialty menopause services for SWSLHD. This is the first and only publicly available multidisciplinary Specialist Menopause Services in SWSLHD targeting severe and/ or complex menopause symptom management for women across South West Sydney and three referring Local Health Districts (LHD) of Murrumbidgee, Nepean Blue Mountains and Western NSW.
This position sits within SWSLHD Specialty Menopause Hub and uses virtual technologies to deliver a specialist menopause service under SWSLHD Primary & Community health in Campbelltown, NSW. You will be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team that includes Endocrinology, Gynaecology, Haematology, Psychiatry, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Clinical Psychology and Admin support.
The service is also responsible for delivering Menopause training and education opportunities for clinical care partners including primary care GP providers, other community and NSW health clinicians and the wider general public.

Are You the Right Fit?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about advancing women’s health and menopause care within a contemporary, virtual service model. You will bring demonstrated clinical leadership in menopause or a related specialty, with the ability to apply advanced clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice to support women with complex clinical and psychosocial needs.
You are a confident communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams and Local Health Districts, and deliver care in a culturally responsive, person-centred manner. Your experience working in, or adapting to, digitally enabled or virtual care environments will be highly valued.
You thrive in a role that balances clinical excellence with service development, and you are motivated to contribute to education, quality improvement, and ongoing innovation in menopause services. With a commitment to continuous learning and research translation, you will support the delivery of safe, consistent, and high-quality care across the menopause network.
