We don't just operate e-scooters; we set the standard for how they should be built, managed, and shared responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor and optimise scooter assembly processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
● Assist in setting up production lines for electric and petrol scooter assembly.
● Conduct functional testing of completed scooters (motor performance, braking, battery output, controller diagnostics).
● Perform quality inspections in accordance with Australian safety standards.
● Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies or defects.
● Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
● Assist engineers in improving workflow and assembly procedures.
● Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and diagnostic equipment.
● Perform preventative maintenance on testing rigs and assembly tools.
● Prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
● Maintain service logs and production records.
● Test lithium-ion battery packs and charging systems.
● Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic software.
● Follow Australian WHS regulations.
Qualifications
● Formal qualifications in automotive mechanics, such as a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
● Experience in a production or process environment preferred but not essential
● Basic understanding of process equipment and systems
● Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Ability to work shift schedules if required [Optional] Relevant tertiary qualification in business, law, or project management.
