We are looking for a SIAM Solution Architect to join our SIAM Practice in Sydney. This is a customer-facing role that sits across pre-sales, consulting, solution design and delivery support.
You will work with customers, sales, consulting, partners and internal technical teams to shape IT service solutions that are relevant, sustainable and deliverable.
You will suit this role if you can move comfortably from business problem to technical design, from stakeholder conversation to proposal content, and from architecture thinking to hands-on delivery support when the engagement needs it.
What you will do
- Design SIAM and IT service solutions that solve real customer challenges and support business strategy.
- Lead technical and SME qualification, scoping, estimation, design and architecture for new and existing opportunities.
- Develop proposal and tender content, including scope, solution approach and pricing input.
- Create technical designs, artefacts and documentation that support smoother operations, better tooling and improved service maturity.
- Contribute to AC3 productised services, delivery methodologies and reusable pre-sales artefacts.
- Partner with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor on SIAM strategy and service design.
- Mentor others, share knowledge and contribute to the wider AC3 community of practice.
What you will bring
- 10+ years as an IT industry participant, with at least 5 years across a broad range of technology streams.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
- Strong IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management experience.
- Experience translating business challenges into suitable technical, service or specialised solutions.
- Confidence working with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong design artefact, technology strategy, proposal and tender contribution experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing and technical documentation.
- ITIL Foundation v3 or later, SIAM Foundation or higher, and ServiceNow sales/pre-sales certification.
Nice to have
- Managed Services Provider, Systems Integrator or consulting experience.
- Cloud-native architecture experience across public cloud, PaaS, IaaS, REST APIs, microservices or open-source platforms.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM or PA.
- ITIL Intermediate or higher, Agile or DevOps certifications.
