Position Summary
The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of City Cave Epping. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines customer service, people management, sales, administration and operational excellence to ensure the centre consistently delivers an exceptional wellness experience.
The successful candidate will lead by example, foster a positive team culture, drive business growth and ensure all operational standards are maintained.
Experience in team leadership and sales is desireable.
