Salary: From $70,000 per year + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses
Full-Time
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm (LUNCH BREAK BETWEEN 2PM TO 3PM)
- Friday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- No Weekends !!!
Are You a Sales-Driven Leader?
Plus Fitness Bankstown is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive membership growth, increase revenue, and lead a high-performing sales culture.
This is a sales-focused role where your primary responsibility is generating new memberships, converting leads, retaining members, and building relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up leads via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins.
- Convert enquiries into memberships.
- Build local business and community partnerships.
- Coach staff to improve sales performance.
- Drive member retention and referrals.
- Manage club social media and local marketing.
- Maintain high club presentation standards.
- Oversee daily club operations and administration.
