Our French Café Maison Saint-Honoré, based in Caversham, is currently looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team, on a full-time basis. We offer a tempting range of sweet and savoury homemade foods, so the ideal candidate must have experience with French delicacies :
- Oversee the daily operations of the Café
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback
- Develop and implement operational procedures
- Recruit, train and manage Café staff
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses and analyse financial reports
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus.
:
- Proven managerial role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a French Café/Restaurant)
- Ideally, a relevant qualification (at least equivalent to an Australian diploma)
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in French and English is preferred.
Annual remuneration: $80000+ superannuation
