Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital, Mental Health Inpatient Unit.
What you'll be doing
Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the MHIPU clinical team.
Manage patient records, admissions, discharges, appointments, correspondence and ward documentation.
Support day-to-day ward operations and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Liaise with patients, families, clinical staff and other hospital departments in a professional and compassionate manner.
Assist with rostering, meetings, reporting and general administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the unit.
