Are you an experienced Dermal Clinician who is confident with advanced skin, laser and energy-based treatments?
Luxe Lips is looking for a highly skilled Dermal Clinician to join our Brighton and Camberwell clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is already experienced in delivering results-driven skin treatments and is ready to step into a premium cosmetic clinic environment with access to advanced technology, a strong client base, and a supportive medical aesthetic team.
At Luxe Lips, you’ll work alongside experienced doctors, aesthetic registered nurses, dermal specialists, and front-of-house professionals — all working together to deliver exceptional client outcomes, elevated service, and personalised skin journeys.
We are especially looking for someone who can confidently drive our advanced device offering, including treatments using technologies such as Fotona, PicoSure, Morpheus8, Forma, Lumecca, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, and other advanced dermal modalities.

About the Role
As a Dermal Clinician at Luxe Lips, you will play a key role in delivering advanced skin consultations, treatment planning and device-led treatments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
- Performing advanced dermal treatments including laser, RF, IPL, microneedling, skin rejuvenation and energy-based treatments
- Confidently operating and promoting device-based treatments such as Fotona, PicoSure, Morpheus8, Forma and Lumecca
- Educating clients on skin health, treatment preparation, aftercare and cosmeceutical home care
- Supporting clients throughout their skin journey with warmth, professionalism and clinical confidence
- Working closely with our nurses and medical team to deliver seamless, high-quality care
- Supporting front-of-house when needed, including client check-in, bookings, stock support and general clinic flow
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly experienced, polished and clinically confident Dermal Clinician who can step into a busy cosmetic clinic environment and help grow our skin and laser offering.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Dermal Science, or equivalent advanced dermal qualification
- Certification as a Dermal Clinician or Advanced Dermal Therapist
- Strong hands-on experience with advanced dermal, laser and energy-based treatments
- Confidence working with devices such as Fotona, PicoSure, Morpheus8, Forma, Lumecca, IPL, RF and microneedling
- Proven ability to consult, recommend treatment plans and build client trust
- Strong understanding of cosmeceuticals, skin health and treatment pathways
- Excellent communication, client care and sales confidence
- A warm, professional and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work across Brighton and Camberwell clinics
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and shifts between 7am–8pm
Career Pathway
This role will begin on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress into permanent part-time or full-time employment after 6 months for the right candidate.
