We pride ourselves on working with world-class technology in a professional, supportive and results-focused environment. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Dermal & Laser Technician to join our established team on a permanent part-time basis.
This position is ideal for an experienced therapist who is confident working independently, passionate about skin and laser treatments, and looking for a long-term role within a growing cosmetic clinic.

Your Role
As a Dermal & Laser Technician, you will perform a wide range of advanced skin and laser treatments using industry-leading technologies.
You will be responsible for providing detailed consultations, assessing individual skin concerns, developing personalised treatment plans and delivering a consistently high level of client care.
You will work closely with our experienced clinical team to ensure every client receives professional, safe and results-focused treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Performing advanced laser and dermal treatments
· Conducting comprehensive skin and laser consultations
· Developing personalised treatment plans based on individual client concerns and goals
· Educating clients on treatment options, expected results and appropriate homecare
· Providing ongoing client follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships
· Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
· Following strict infection control, safety and laser protocols
· Recommending appropriate products and treatment programs
· Contributing to the professional and supportive culture of the clinic
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for an experienced therapist who is already confident working within an advanced skin and laser environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
· Proven hands-on experience working with medical-grade aesthetic and laser devices
· Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions and advanced treatment protocols
· Confidence conducting consultations and developing treatment plans independently
· Experience treating pigmentation, vascular concerns, skin rejuvenation, ageing, texture and other common skin concerns
· Excellent client communication and consultation skills
· A strong focus on achieving high-quality treatment outcomes
· Confidence recommending appropriate treatment programs and homecare
· Strong attention to detail
· High professional and clinical standards
· A warm, approachable and client-focused manner
· The ability to work both independently and as part of a small, experienced team
Experience operating technologies such as Excel V, Enlighten, Deka Tetra Pro CO₂, Tixel, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage, CoolSculpting and TruFlex will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
· Minimum Advanced Diploma in Dermal Science or equivalent relevant qualification
· Current Queensland OPEN Laser Licence covering:
· Skin Rejuvenation
· Capillary Treatments
· Tattoo Removal (NOT ESSENTIAL)
A current open laser licence is essential for this position.
