This is a
12-month fixed-term contract with genuine breadth — supporting end-to-end payroll across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, the UK and South East Asia during a period of real organisational change and growth. You will work alongside the Senior Payroll Officer and Payroll & Systems Manager and play a meaningful role in preparing King Living for new payroll systems through data cleansing and SAP clean up. The work is varied, the standards are high, and the exposure to a global ERP program makes this a contract worth having.
What You Will Own
Payroll Processing Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions and pay cycles — ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time, every time.
Data & Systems Contribute to data cleansing, validation and systems preparation as King Living continues to invest in and evolve its payroll and HR technology.
Compliance & Query Resolution Support compliance with relevant payroll legislation and act as a first point of contact for employee pay queries — responding with professionalism, care and speed.
Reconciliation & Reporting Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting in support of Finance — including month end, year end and audit requirements.
Who You Are
You will likely come from an end-to-end payroll processing role — ideally with exposure to multi-region or multi-entity environments. What matters most is your accuracy, your ownership, and your ability to keep payroll running without exception.
You are a payroll professional who takes genuine pride in accuracy, discretion and getting things right every single time.
- End-to-end Australian payroll experience with sound working knowledge of Fair Work, modern awards, superannuation and PAYG
- NZ payroll experience highly regarded
- Experience operating cloud payroll platforms — Employment Hero experience highly regarded
- Experience with payroll data cleansing, validation or migration — SAP or SAP SuccessFactors exposure highly regarded
- Strong reconciliation, numeracy and advanced Excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with absolute discretion handling confidential employee data
- Able to work to tight pay cut-offs across multiple time zones with a high degree of ownership
- Exposure to multi-country payroll across SEA, NAM and UK is desirable
- Payroll qualification or certification such as the Australian Payroll Association is desirable
