Join our team as a Senior Business Support Officer Recoverable Works

As our new Senior Business Support Officer Recoverable Works, you'll play a key part in supporting recoverable works activities while helping shape processes, drive improvements and contribute to the ongoing success of the team. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and process customer requests for recoverable works, new services and planned works across the water and wastewater network.
Support the delivery of recoverable works through contractor coordination, work package preparation and the management of asset and operational records.
Provide high-level administrative and operational support, including reporting, documentation management, workflow coordination and data analysis.
Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, compliance and positive service outcomes.
Contribute to revenue recovery and continuous improvement through accurate record keeping and efficient process management.
Skills and experience:
Strong administration, organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and undertake financial administration and reporting tasks.
Experience coordinating customer requests, operational processes or work programs within a service delivery environment.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, show initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records, documentation and data; experience reviewing technical drawings or plans will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of water, wastewater, construction, infrastructure or local government operations will be highly regarded.
