Part-Time Working Cleaning Supervisor
AM Retail Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Part-Time Working Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Benalla P-12 College.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead the onsite cleaning team while also completing cleaning duties to ensure the school is maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the onsite cleaning team
- Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, administration areas, toilets, staff rooms and common areas
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
- Train and support cleaning staff
- Liaise with school representatives and the Operations Manager
- Report maintenance issues and ensure company procedures are followed
- Assist with periodic and holiday cleaning when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team
- Reliable, organised and committed to delivering high-quality service
Requirements
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
