Position Information:
RFBI is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team and take an active role in managing and bringing our brand to life across all visual touchpoints.
Reporting to the Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality and effective marketing and corporate collateral that aligns with RFBI's brand and communication guidelines.
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with internal teams, business partners, suppliers and agencies to deliver creative solutions across a range of projects.
You will be responsible for:

Manage and maintain the RFBI brand and Brand Guidelines, ensuring they remain current and are understood across the organisation.

Develop high-quality marketing and campaign collateral that meets the brief and achieves its intended objectives.

Manage the creative design process from initial brief and concept development through to feedback, finalisation and delivery.

Ensure marketing and campaign materials follow the appropriate approval processes.

Develop and maintain branded templates and resources that enable teams to create professional, on-brand materials.

Produce RFBI's corporate publications to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

Maintain the RFBI image library, including identifying outdated or unsuitable images and opportunities for future photoshoots.

Work with internal teams, business partners, suppliers and agencies to ensure consistent and effective use of the RFBI brand.

Provide insights and recommendations to help strengthen brand awareness and familiarity across the organisation.

Provide responsive and high-quality service to internal stakeholders and support competing priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.

Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
