About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Team Members to join our team at Zambrero Surfers Paradise.
As a Team Member, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, preparing fresh and delicious food, maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards, and keeping the restaurant clean and organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast and excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare food and menu items according to Zambrero recipes and procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised restaurant and work area.
- Operate the POS system and process customer orders accurately.
- Follow correct food preparation, storage, labelling and temperature procedures.
- Complete daily operational, cleaning and food safety tasks.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and team members.
- Follow company policies, procedures and training requirements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Availability Requirements
You must be available to work variable shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and late nights.
As Zambrero Surfers Paradise operates late into the night, flexibility and availability for late-night shifts are essential for this role.
Rostered shifts may vary depending on business requirements, including busy periods, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade.
