Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for software applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software incidents and user issues.
- Log, prioritize, and manage support tickets within agreed service levels (SLAs).
- Assist with software installation, configuration, updates, and system maintenance.
- Analyze application errors and escalate complex issues to development teams.
- Perform system testing to verify bug fixes and software enhancements.
- Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
- Deliver user training and guidance on software functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with implementation, development, and quality assurance teams to improve system performance.
- Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data privacy standards.
