Reporting to the Area Manager and based at our Malaga site, you’ll be at the heart of our operations by supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
As a Customer Service Officer and Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad range of customer service and administrative tasks, supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across a busy and dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders
- Greeting customers and handling front desk reception duties
- Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
- Preparing quotes and following up with customers
- Accurate data entry of orders and schedules into internal systems
- Coordinating deliveries and supporting production requirements
- Supporting stock ordering and general office administration
This role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
