What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that consistently delight our guests.
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen across various sections.
- Assisting with food preparation, mise en place and service.
- Ensuring food is presented to the highest standards.
- Following food safety, HACCP and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
- Working closely with the wider culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
What you'll bring
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years' relevant experience working in a commercial kitchen, hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
