We are looking for experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join our dedicated maintenance team in Kalgoorlie.
This is a residential role only (No FIFO), offering excellent earning potential, stable employment, and a supportive team environment.

The Role
As a DM3 Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for keeping our high-spec fleet in peak condition. You aren't just doing oil changes; you're ensuring the safety and reliability of prime movers, fuel tankers, trailers, and dollies and associated equipment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Precision Maintenance: Completing scheduled servicing, engine tune-ups, and preventative maintenance across a modern fleet.
- Diagnostic Excellence: Troubleshooting and repairing air brake systems, steering/suspension, and engine/driveline components.
- Specialised Systems: Maintaining vehicle lighting, ABS/EBS electronic braking systems, and complex tanker fuel delivery systems.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all assets are 100% roadworthy before release and maintaining a high standard of safety within the workshop.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate digital records of all work completed on our mobile assets.
About You
We are looking for a trade-qualified professional who takes pride in their craft and works well within a collaborative team.
- Qualified: Australian-recognised Trade Qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics.
- Experienced: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with road transport, trucks, trailers, servicing, repairs, fault diagnosis and tyre fitting.
- Safety-First: A dedication to high safety standards and the ability to follow complex diagrams and flow charts for fault diagnosis.
- Reliable: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence (C class minimum) and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance.
- Collaborative: A positive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with the broader operations team.
- Preferred: A Forklift ticket is highly regarded.
- Desirable:
- High Risk Work Licence (LF)
- Air Conditioning Ticket and Refrigerant Handling Licence
