Personal Care Worker (PCW) – Casual Sunshine Coast, QLD
Healthcare 24 Group is currently seeking experienced and reliable Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our casual team supporting residential aged care facilities across the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
What we offer
- Competitive rates of $42.00–$70.00 per hour + super, depending on experience and shift
- Flexible AM, PM, Night and weekend shifts
- Choose shifts that suit your availability
- Rosters provided approximately one week in advance
- Ongoing casual opportunities
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours
About you
We’re looking for PCWs who:
- Have experience working in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs)
- Hold a relevant qualification, such as Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent
- Have current First Aid and CPR
- Hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
- Current Flu shot
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are reliable, professional and committed to providing quality care to residents
