Moorooka Chiropractic Centre is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-time Front Desk Assistant to join our busy allied health clinic.
This role offers an opportunity to grow into a Senior Front Desk Assistant for a suitable candidate.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised and being the welcoming face of a healthcare practice.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Front Desk Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients - both in person and over the phone. You'll help keep the clinic running smoothly and support our practitioners and team.
This is a part-time role which offers stable 15.75 hours across 3 days a week.
You will report directly to the Marketing & Practice Manager and Clinic Director (where applicable).
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Managing phone calls, bookings and enquiries
- Processing payments, private health claims and third party claims (training provided)
- Ensuring compliance with claiming, billing, and managing files and records.
- Handling basic admin tasks and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Supporting the team with day-to-day clinic operations
- Marketing and Social media participation, such as filming or taking photos to create content for social media.
ABOUT YOU

- Well-organised, have a great attention to details, be honest, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active with an improvement mindset
- Confident using computers and booking systems and software in general
- Proficient with Cliniko, Proda, HICAPS, Tyro Health is preferred
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Previous experience working in health practices.
