Quest Burwood East, is a brand new 91 apartments property located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs that opened in May 2019, has an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeper to join its team on a Part-time and casual basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for housekeeping and room attendant services for the apartments and commons areas, to ensure the highest standards of presentation of our property, and similarly high levels of guest satisfaction.
The successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strongly team oriented nature. Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role (ideally in a business environment) is essential, and qualifications in hospitality, travel or tourism would be highly regarded.
Quest's housekeeping team is considered a key ingredient in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests, and the overall success of this brand new property.
