Bella's Wonderland is looking for an experienced and organised Lead Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with families and children, and has strong administrative and customer service skills.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily reception and administrative tasks, communicating between customers and different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Managing bookings, enquiries, and customer & staff communications
- Handling reception operations and daily administrative tasks
- Assisting with party bookings and event coordination, communicating between staff and different departments for customer requests and bookings
- Supporting management with general administration
- Assisting with social media and customer communications when required
Essential Requirements
- Previous administration and reception experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using excel / Google sheets for data entry and reporting
- Experience using Canva to create professional promotional materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, etc.)
- Experience in admin, entertainment, childcare, or family-focused businesses
- Social media content creation experience
