Your day-to-day will look like:
- The First Impression: Welcoming new client enquiries with warmth and clear info about our services.
- The Matchmaker: Consulting with families, assessing needs, and collaborating with the team to pair clients with support workers and nurses this is important.
- The Coordinator: Managing schedules, inputting data, and liaising with clients and field workers
- The Problem Solver: You shall be the go-to contact for current clients and field staff to resolve any questions or adjustments with empathy and speed.
About You: Is this your next move?
You don't need to have decades of healthcare experience, but you do need a big heart and a sharp mind.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Superb People Skills: A compassionate phone manner and the ability to talk to anyone, from a stressed family member to a medical specialist.
- A Need for Speed (and Accuracy): You’re comfortable typing at least 60 wpm, have killer attention to detail, and love a paperless workflow.
- Initiative: You’re a fast learner, currently using AI tools, and thrive when managing multiple moving parts.
- The Basics: Solid admin or customer-facing experience. (Healthcare or rostering experience is a massive bonus, but we will happily train the right person!)
