● Salary: Minimum of $77,350 per year plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide essential daily care and support to elderly individuals or people with disabilities in a residential or community setting.
● Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and the implementation of individual care plans.
● Monitor and report on the health and well-being of clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
● Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
